They taste good and only a couple days in.

Both are great but for the past week, I have not woken up in the middle of night since starting the sleep time.

I am now a convert to oral strips. I can't imagine taking my supplements any other way. Just need you to make more products ASAP.

This is the only subscription I’ve kept — I cancel almost all the others. I really appreciate that they send a reminder about a week before shipping, which gives you a chance to delay if funds are tight. But more importantly, it actually works. I sleep so much better when I use this. I’ve tried many things, but this is the one that gives me a full night’s rest. Normally, I’m up 3–4 times a night, but not with this.

While these have been easy to use and the effects are almost instant, the night time ones cause terrible nightmares! The multivitamin is good would like to try other products
