    I fee like this relaxes my husband and I, but as for sleep or deep sleep, For us it’s meh.

    I got my meche order this week and I’ve used them 3 nights in a row I’ve been getting consistent sleep for 8.5-9 hours every night. I work in health care with 3 children so getting restful sleep has always been a struggle for me. These meche strips give me the best sleep with zero drowsy or hungover feelings.

    It was 50/50 for me

    It worked 50%of the time for sleep, but it did take down the swelling in my face in the morning and that’s why I’ll order more.
