    My Vitamin D & Folate Are Finally Optimal (Plus it helped me get a diagnosis)

    My vitamin D is chronically low, even when taking by pill form. Same with my B12, it's never been above 350 unless I got an injection. So I decided to try Meche Wellness.

    Because of this, my doctor realized my vitamin B12 was not increasing, even with the B12 going right to my blood stream. And my Vitamin D & Folate got to optimal levels, so he knew the the strips were working.

    So, they tested me for something called Pernicious Anemia (which basically means I have an autoimmune disease that doesn't let me absorb Vitamin B12) and it turns out I have it and it's been wreaking havoc on my body. Without Meche Wellness supplements, I would've never found out I had that until it caused some real big damage!

    So thank you thank you to these bad boys.

    Plus they taste delicious and are so easy to insert into your routine. And travel so much easier than a million vitamin bottles.
