I like the ease, I did need to get used to it. It had a pleasent taste , just not use to something sitting on my tongue to dissolve. I will be ordering more.

Packaging is nice. The individual packages are difficult to open making me resitant
to bother taking them, which defeats the/its purpose. The dissolving strips taste awful, moreso for the purple nightime strips, and they dissolve into the roof of your mouth, rather than your tongue.
