    Finally!!

    I never had luck with melatonin supplements until this one!! The delivery system of having it dissolve in your mouth is a game changer!!

    New nightly routine!

    I have a traumatic brain injury and this helps me fall asleep and stay asleep way better than trazadone and melatonin ever did!

    AMAZING!! It truly does work!!!

    I have suffered from insomnia for over 20 years now. I would go days without getting more than an hour or two of sleep. I have been a party to two sleep studies with suggestions to try Melatonin, to increase Magnesium, to turn off electronics two hours before bed, to soak in Epsom Salt Baths - I have tried it all!!!! Coffee's and Teas, different foods to ingest prior, EVERTHING!! I have tried Tylenol PM and other medications and prescriptions with no luck. After researching and reading tons of reviews, switching to Meche has been an absolute lifesaver!!! It only takes about 20 mins. after my strip has dissolved and I feel exhausted. I'm able to close my eyes and actually fall asleep!! Where I'm not sure I'll ever get the 8 hours of sleep that we are told we need, getting 6 is lifechanging! Thank you Meche for an amazing product that actually does what it says it does!! (I promise I am a real person - 1+3=4 in normal math - who the hell knows when you do common core.
