Great sleep Aid
I only take half of this because it’s really strong. I slept all night and when I woke up to go potty I wasn’t groggy and I woke up at my regular time in the morning not groggy.

I have a hard time falling asleep. And this actually knocks me out in 30 minutes. I sleep a lot better with it than without. I normally battle with insomnia, and now perimenopause, but these are the best things I’ve found. I don’t feel groggy in the morning, even when I still toss and turn and sweat all night from hormone changes 🤘🏻
